What is the Solar System?

  

The Solar System is an automatic monthly electronic billing method from a credit card or bank debit card. Total Tan does not accept checking accounts for this form of payment without a debit card.

Levels of the Solar System (Upstate NY)

Prices slightly differ in Olean, NY and Western Pennsylvania but same rules bellow apply

Solar Membership - $19.95 per month / $0.67 per day!
This membership includes standard sessions. Surcharges apply on all visits in all other units.

Comet Membership - $39.95 per month / $1.33 per day!
This membership includes standard sessions as well as VHR Booth & Facial Bed units. Surcharges apply on all visits in all other units.

Galaxy Membership - $59.95 per month / $2.00 per day!
This membership includes standard sessions as well as VHR Booth, Facial Bed, Ultra 10 Booth, & Orbit Bed units. Surcharges apply on all visits in all other units.

Universe Membership - $79.95 per month / $2.67 per day!
This membership includes standard sessions as well as VHR Booth, Facial Bed, Ultra 10 Booth, Orbit Bed, Sungate Bed, & Future Sun Bed units. Surcharges on Mystic Tan visits - $3.00.

Meteor Membership - $49.95 per month / $1.68 per day! 
This membership includes Unlimited UV Free Mystic Tan visits.  *This plan provides you with 20% of retail purchases.   

How Does It Work?

You sign a Solar System Agreement in which you give Total Tan your consent to deduct a monthly fee from your credit card or bank debit card on the 1st of each month. This entitles you to unlimited tanning, in the units included in your membership, for the entire month. (Surcharges apply on all visits in upgraded units.)

Signing Up:

Come to any Total Tan location and complete the Solar System Agreement.
You will be charged a pro-rated amount until the end of the current month plus the entire monthly fee for the following month.

Example - if you sign up for the Comet Membership on the 13th of the current month, you will be charged $17.29 for the remainder of the current month, plus $39.95 for the following month, totaling - $57.24 the day you sign up.

Discounts:

You are entitled to **50% OFF of all retail (lotion & eyewear) purchases at the time of enrollment and a *20% discount on all retail purchases (lotion & eyewear) for the duration of your Solar System membership.

**Not applicable to Meteor Plan (which is 20% off retail)

Freeze and Un-Freeze:

Total Tan will allow you to freeze your Solar System membership for up to 3 consecutive months for a charge of $5 per month.
You may remove the hold at any time by paying a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current month.

Cancelling:

You can cancel your Solar System Membership at NO charge after your first automatic deduction. If you would like to cancel your Solar System membership, you must fill out a cancellation form at the Total Tan location where you signed up. This form must be completed by the 15th of the month in order for it to be effectively cancelled for the following month.
